Double Walled-enamel paint finished MS sheet outside and other parts are highly chromium plated.
Inside-boiler made of heavy gauge brass sheet 18 SWG with SS sheet inside to withstand max.pressure 20 lbs per sq.inch and working pressure 15 lbs per sq.inch.
Hydraulically tested to 100%
Lid made of heavy gunmental casting machined to fit the gunmetal casting ring by means of durable, stem quality, moulded rubber gasket.
Moulded, jointless rubber gasket made of Neoprene rubber.
Steam release cock & heavy nuts fitted to the bolts to keep lid in position while in operation.
Spring loaded safety valve can be set between 10 psi to 20 psi 1-3 psi and then drain. · Pressure Gauge and Immersion heaters are also fitted.
Boiling dry cut-out device protects the apparatus from burn outs.
Power supply 220/230 volts AC-50 Hz.
